* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

* Cairo: 1–3 business days
* Other Cities: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Fees

* Cairo: 75 EGP
* Other Cities: 90-150 EGP

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
    Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
5. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone with delivery details.
6. Delivery Attempts
    Our shipping partner will contact you before delivery.
    If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
