1. Return Period
    Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
* Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns in the following cases:

* Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
* Opened items from sensitive categories (such as earphones or personal-use accessories) due to hygiene reasons.
* Items missing original packaging or accessories.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged item:

* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Fees

* For returns without defects: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* For defective items or errors on our part: we will cover all shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

* Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
* Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via an agreed-upon payment method.

* Your order number
* Reason for return
* Photos showing the issue (if applicable)
